Online Safety Training is currently unavailable due to a cybersecurity incident involving Instructure, the company that owns and operates Canvas.
UBC Okanagan Health, Safety and Environment is looking into alternative delivery methods to ensure that students, faculty and staff have alternative means to complete required safety training.
In the meanwhile,
- If you are new to UBC, please work with your supervisor to complete the Site Specific Safety Orientation Checklist, available as New Worker Safety Orientation – Part 2 (Supervisor Led) training course, under the Mandatory Safety Training area at https://operations.ok.ubc.ca/health-and-safety/safety-programs-and-training/
- If you have not yet enrolled or completed the online portion of the courses you need, please check back next week for updates or contact hse.ok@ubc.ca.
