Furniture Repair

Most minor repairs to furniture are performed by Campus Operations and Risk Management’s Facilities Management team at no charge to the user’s department.

Costs will be charged to the requesting department when repairs involve the purchase of parts for office systems.

For minor furniture repair, please submit a facilities work order.

Facilities Management does not assemble furniture (e.g. flat pack/ready-to-assemble furniture). For guidance on furniture purchases and UBC-approved furniture suppliers, please contact Facilities Planning.
