Space-specific requirements
Many areas of campus have specific cleaning requirements and schedules. These are negotiated between Evergreen, Facilities Management, and the relevant faculty or department.
Certain cleaning services may be added to your spaces at no extra cost. Services outside of current scope may incur a charge.
If you’re unsure of the schedule or standard for your space, please contact your department administrator or coordinator.
Cleaning standards for labs
Labs on campus are cleaned using a “traffic light” system:
- Pink – enter for cleaning by invitation only
- Orange – clean floors only
- Yellow – clean floors and surfaces
Conferences and functions
Cleaning for conferences, functions and incremental project cleaning that cannot be accommodated within regular working hours or scheduled timelines are available and will be charged to the requesting department.
